Sometimes the app is slow and can be painful trying to book a room but mostly is very good. Would be nice if it was easier to edit criteria when booking. Love the room controls and digital key! love how easy it is to book with points. I won't stay at any other hotel if there's a Hilton close enough!

loginperformance_and_bugsserviceI used to use the app for the digital key function, but the last few stays I've had issues like the app constantly logging me out. When I am logged in, I still get frequent errors where things just won't load. I've tried using the app to book stays, but it's never worked when I've tried. It will bring up hotels & show a price, but when you click on the hotel it says it can't get prices & to try again later. Other times, it will fail to even find any hotels. It's definitely a hot mess.

performance_and_bugsloginupdates_and_maintenanceUsing a Google Pixel 7A with all updates. The app must have been fixed since I last reviewed it with a 2 star rating. Now it seems to be working better and it's easier to navigate. January 2026 update: Back to the same old problems again. Slow loading pages, constantly logging me out within minutes of using it, keeps my old password saved in the field even though I manually enter the new one each time I'm forced to log in, and an inconsistent performance makes me want to give up on Hilton.
